| 摘 要： | 对我国电能质量（PQ）检测仪器和治理设备的发展作了概述,指出PQ产业有广阔的发展前景和市场,对PQ产业进一步发展指出了应给予特别关注的问题,如落实《电力法》有关规定,支持和鼓励静止无功补偿装置（SVC）技术的应用,积极开发灵活交流输电系统（FACTS）和FACTS在配电系统应用技术（DFACTS）装置,制定PQ产业化的相关标准等.所提出的一些建议,供有关专业和管理人员参考.

| Abstract: | The development of testing instrument and treatment equipment for power quality (PQ) in China was described generally. It is pointed out that PQ industry has wide development prospect and market. The problems for further devetopment of PQ industry are given, such as implementing "power law", encouraging and supporting the application of Static Var Compensation (SVC) technology, developing application technology of FACTS and FACTS in distribution system (DFACTS), establishing the relative standard of PQ industrialization. Some suggestions for relevant professional and administrator are presented as a reference. |
