| 摘 要： | 超临界锅炉在试运行中易发生爆管事故,文章分析了引发爆管的原因,在宁德发电厂锅炉施工中,采取了防范措施,如:加强设备检查、材质复查、管子及联箱内部清理,在施工中严格控制施工工艺等。实践证明,机组在试运行中未发生任何锅炉爆管及渗漏事故,确保了机组安全稳定运行。

| Abstract: | Tube-bursing failures easily occur on the supercritical boilers during trial operation. The paper analyzes the causes leading to tube-bursting. In the boiler erection of Ningde power plant,prevention measures were taken,such as: to strengthen the equipment inspection,material check,inner clearing of tubes and collectors,and to strictly control the erection technology in construction etc. Practice showed that any tube-bursting failure of boiler did not oceur,during the trial operation of unit,ensuring the safe and stable operation of unit. |
