摘    要:随着大区电网的互联,电力系统的结构更加复杂,系统的动态稳定问题也更为突出。近几年国内每年都发生数起低频振荡事故,如何及时发现并迅速平息低频振荡已成为众所关注的课题。文章介绍了低频振荡发生的原因、检测方法以及基于检测有功功率振荡波形进行低频振荡判别装置的原理,文章将实际电力系统发生低频振荡时联络线的电气量波形通过波形回放技术,验证了该装置判据和动作逻辑的正确性。目前该装置已投入运行,运行情况良好。

Abstract:With the configuration of interconnected power grid becoming more and more complex,the problem of power system dynamic stability is very serious.Several cases of low-frequency oscillation happened every year in China recently.Tue issue of identifying low- frequency oscillation timely and quieting it down quickly is very important.This paper presented the cause and detective method of low- frequency oscillation.A low-frequency oscillation monitoring and control device based on active power waveform detection is also proposed.The waveform was recorded from power system when low-frequency oscillation happened and it was played back to check the detection and logic of the device.This device has been operating successfully in the field.
