构建新一代电能量计量系统主站平台

随着电力市场改革的进行和计算机技术的发展，电能量计量系统的主站系统已发展成为基于多层结构的分布式的系统，由于系统的复杂性增强，建立一个软件平台，在平台上开发电能量的应用是对新一代电能量计量系统主站的具体要求。章提出了构建新一代电能量计量系统主站所需要的平台，并对平台的选择和搭建进行了描述。

Establishing Main Station Platform of New Generation for Electric Energy Measurement System

Along with the power market reform and the development of computer technology, main station system of electric energy measurement system has been developed the system that becomes the distributed system based on mutt - layer structure. Since the complexity of the system, to establish a software platform and to develop the application of electric energy on this platform are the specific requirements for the main station of new generation of electric energy measurement system. This paper puts forward the platform needed by establishing the main station of new generation of electric energy measurement system, and describes the option of the platform and its establishment.
