一体化县级电网调配系统的开发与应用

摘    要:随着县级电力网的运行调度和县城网配电网的管理控制变得越来越复杂。为提高其安全、经济运行水平,实现县级电网运行和配电运行管理自动化,应用了电网调度自动化基于电信公网DDM、2M信道的传输,配电运行管理自动化基于GPRS、CDMA移动通信传输,主站调配一体化系统配置模式。从已实施的部分广西县级配电一体化系统运行情况来看,大部分35kV变电站实现了无人值班、配电网馈线故障自动隔离、信息的采集、故障检测、判别及电能计费自动化等功能,智能化程度较高,并满足了县级供电企业在生产办公自动化等应用方面的扩充,系统性能价格比合理,代表了县级电网管理自动化一种新的发展方向。

Abstract:Along with the more and more complex management and operation of county-level power network, power dispatching automation based on DDM and the channel transmission of 2 M, distribution operation and management automation based on GPRS and CDMA mobile communication, disposition mode of integration of power dispatching and distribution automation were applied to realize the operation and management automation for county-level power network and distribution network. According to the operation condition of integration of distribution automation in partial county in GuangXi, the automatic functions were realized in the most of 35 kV substations such as unmanned to be on duty, isolation of distribution line fault, collection of information, fault detection and differentiation, electrical energy metering, which is with higher intelligent level, and can satisfy the applications of production and official business automation for county-level enterprise of power supply. The ratio of the system price and performance is reasonable, which represents the new development direction of management automation for county-level power network.
