| 摘 要： | 分析了福建省电源结构的历史和现状;预测了"十二五"、"十三五"期间福建的经济规模和电力需求;探讨了海西经济区低碳电力发展的电源结构模式;估算了福建省的碳排放总量和电力碳排放强度;提出了国家"十二五"能源规划中明确从西部直接向福建输电的直流特高压方案和海西低碳电力电源结构模式的建议.
