摘    要:根据一种紧凑结构的LTCC结构三路功分器电路模型,建立了微型化的LTCC功分器物理模型并进行了仿真。通过调整三个并联电感中中间电感的电感值抵消了内埋电感之间的耦合造成的不利影响,使功分器的幅度差减小。根据仿真优化结果制作了带宽、中心频率为2.45GHz、尺寸为3.2×1.6×1.3mm的LTCC功分器。由于隔离电阻内埋于器件中,因此大大减小了应用时的安装面积。

Abstract:According to a compact LTCC circuit for 3-way power splitter presented here,a miniature physical LTCC model of the components was established and simulated.Adverse effect of the coupling between the embedded inductors is offset by changing the value of the middle one in the three parallel inductors,thus the amplitude unbalance is decreased.The optimized result of the model was realized,resulting in a 3-way power splitter with a size of 3.2mm × 1.6 mm × 1.3mm and a center frequency of 2.45GHz.As the isolation resistors are embedded in the device,much mount area can be saved for application.
