摘    要:以F127为表面活性剂和模板制备出分布均匀的Fe3O4颗粒,通过透射电镜分析,发现颗粒基本无团聚,且具有独特的结构和性质.将Fe3O4与锶铁氧体复合制成复合吸波材料,研究了复合材料的结构、形貌、磁性能与吸波性能.发现复合材料的吸波性能不仅与复合材料中各组分的配比有关,还与材料的种类和结构有关,我们制备的Fe3O4颗粒由于加入了共聚物F127 ,产生了独特的结构,有助于电磁波在材料内部的反射和干涉损耗,使得复合材料的吸波性能有较大的提高.当Fe3O4颗粒的含量为40%时复合材料的吸波性能最好.

Abstract:Uniform and dispersive Fe3O4 super-fine particles were parpared by using F127 as surface active agent and template. Then Fe3O4-strontium ferrite composite wave absorbing material was prepared, and its microstructure, topography, magnetic property and absorbing property were investigated. It was found that the absorbing property of the composite material is dependent not only to its composition but also to the kind and microstructure of the material.
