基于Profibus-DP总线的半圆塔轮收放缆装置控制系统的研究

摘    要:在PLC与变频器之间通过Profibus-DP总线通信可实现对半圆塔轮收放缆装置实现远程控制,提高系统的可靠性与操作性。该系统由西门子S7-300系列PLC、TP170A触摸屏、MM440变频器、压力传感器及编码器组成,对收放缆过程进行远程控制。

Abstract:The PLC communicates with the frequency converter by using Profibus-DP fieldbus to control the Powered Quadrant in a long-distance, this technology can improve the reliability and manipulation. The system combines with Siemens S7-300 PLC,TP170A touch panel, the MM440 converter, the pressure sensor and encoder, can drive in and out the cable.
