摘    要:简述了电能质量特点,监测目的、要求及内容。提出以现代通信技术和Web技术为平台的电能质量监测技术正在向网络化、智能化、标准化的方向发展。指出电能质量监测系统应适应信息电力新概念的提出,充分利用已建立的电力信息网络,更广泛地获取电网的动态信息,对电能质量的各项指标进行实时监测和综合评估,为电力商业化运作提供可靠的指标数据,保障各级电力用户的正常用电秩序和监督管理。

Abstract:The power quality features, supervision objectives and demands are briefly described. It brings forward that the power quality monitoring technology which is based on modern communication and web technology is developing towards net, intelligentization and standardization. It's pointed out that the power quality monitoring system should adapt itself to the new concept of information electric power, make use of the existing power information network, acquire more operating parameters of power network, real-timely collect and synthetically evaluate the indexes of power quality with dynamic characteristics, which helps to provide reliable indexes data for the power commercial operation, securing the normal order of power utilization and supervised management for customers on different levels.
