区域灾备系统在EMS系统中的建设探究

摘    要:在电力EMS灾备系统的建设过程中,在保证系统持续运行的基础上,如何节省技术、设备、人力资源,提高投资回报比是需要重点考虑的问题。在城市电网或者地理位置相对集中通信状况良好的地域,建议采用区域灾备模式进行建设,以一套灾备系统对多套地调,改变传统一对一的灾备系统建设模式。在区域灾备系统中建设全集系统,每个地调作为区域备调系统的子系统,区域灾备系统在业务、功能、数据方面实现各个地调系统的备用,详细论述了灾备系统的数据、模型、图形、操作信息同步方法,并进行了异构/同构系统信息同步的对比。在模型拼接过程中,提出设备差异处理、拓扑关系处理及线路作为模型边界设备的处理方法。随着区域灾备系统的推广实施,灾备系统一直面临着投资汇报比低的问题将得到有效解决。

Investigation of Regional Disaster Recovery System Construction based on EMS
Abstract:During the construction process of disaster recovery system for EMS, one important question is how to reduce the resources of technology、device and human, the goal is improve return on investment. In city power grid, recommended regional disaster model construction, one regional disaster recovery system to many sets of the urban control centre EMS. To change the traditional model which disaster recovery system is one to one. In the regional disaster recovery system construction of the complete system, each regional ems as the subsystem of the regional disaster recovery system. In the aspect of business, function, data backup for the achievement of the regional EMS. Disaster recovery system was described in detail the data synchronization method, model, graphics, operation information, and comparison between heterogeneous/homogeneous system information. During the process of model merging, pointed out the methods of equipment differences、topological relations, at the same time, combined methods of circuit model boundary is expounded. With the promotion of regional disaster recovery system implementation. Disaster recovery system has been faced with the low return on investment will be solved effectively.
