| 摘 要： | 电网事故具有突发性、快速性和灾难性,如何快速处理事故,恢复电网的正常供电,是电力调度人员、电力技术人员研究的课题,反事故演习是解决这一课题最有效的方法之一。以2008年奥运会承办城市青岛为中心,介绍了演习的背景和基本情况,并结合电网结构详细分析了事故的原因及详细处理过程。通过演习提高了电网事故应急处理能力,达到了实战效果。
