摘    要:低频减载被广泛应用于现代电力系统中,是一种在功率缺额情况下阻止频率崩溃和修复频率稳定性的有效措施.针对目前电网制定的低频减载方案中每轮减载量固定不变而导致的负荷过切或欠切现象进行研究,提出了一种基于动态频率积分的低频减载设计方案,该方案充分考虑了不同功率缺额对频率下降的影响,能够根据不同缺额自适应调整每轮切负荷量.对方案的原理进行了详细的介绍,并且采用多机系统进行仿真.仿真结果表明新的低频减载方案比传统的方案具有更高的准确性.

Abstract:Under Frequency Load Shedding(UFLS) which has been widely applied in modern power systems is an effective solution to prevent frequency collapse and to restore power system stability following loss of generation.In traditional UFLS scheme,the amount of load to be shed is based on the frequency deviation by reason of the system disturbances,but it has some drawbacks of itself.The scheme fully considers the different effect on the frequency decrease,can adjust cutting load at each round adaptively according to different power gaps.The principle of scheme is introduced in detail,simulation is made by multi machine system.It is shown that this new UFLS scheme is more adaptive than the traditional ones in the simulation results.
