摘    要:介绍了利用地理信息系统(GIS)开展输变电工程环境敏感区识别的一种新技术,阐述了基于GIS技术开发环境敏感区识别的设想、系统结构,以及利用该系统进行敏感区识别的流程,分析了该技术在输变电工程环境敏感区识别中的应用成效。

Abstract:Environmental risk identificalion during environmenlal impact assessment of power lransmission projecl is an important assurance In the progress. GIS (Geographic Information System,G1S) application in environmental impact assessm,'nt of power transmission project is inlrnduced here as a new technique to indentifying the environmental sensitive area. A echnique development and its structure of environmental sensitive area GIS are also represented. The steps of environmental sensitive area identification using the technology is illustrated,application results in enviromnental impact assessmenl are summarized. 11 is showed that enviromnental sensitive area GIS can be used as a new method and aceessory tool to indenlify environmental scnsitiw' awas,whieh has wide perspective+ and practieability.
