| 摘 要： | 西北电网经过＂十一五＂的快速发展,已进入了大发展、大规模、大外送的良好发展时期。西北电力市场需要不断加强建设与完善。文中就西北电力交易市场的基本结构与交易体系做了简要介绍,回顾了2011年西北电力市场发展情况,对目前西北电力交易中存在的问题进行了分析,最后就进一步做好西北地区电力交易提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | With the ,＇apid development during eleventh five year, northwest power grid has entered good development period with large scale and large sending-out. Northwest power market should be constructed and perfected. The basic structure ＆ trading system of northwest power trading market are introdueed briefly. The development of northwest power market in 2011 is reviewed, the problenls exited in nnrthwesl power trading are analyzed, some suggestions are put forward for northwest power trading. |
