混凝/超滤工艺在火电厂水处理中的应用

摘    要:介绍了常见的超滤组合工艺,并将混凝/超滤工艺在火电厂水处理系统中进行应用,分析了其对超滤产水水质的影响.结果表明,混凝/超滤对CODcr的去除率随着混凝剂投量的增加而增大,产水满足反渗透进水要求.并指出,在过滤混凝液时,反冲洗后的膜通量能够完全恢复,从而有效地防止了膜污染.

Abstract:This paper introduces the ultra-filtration with different pretreatment technology.The coagulation/ultra-filtration process is adopted for water treatment system of thermal power plant,and the treatment efficiency was investigated.The results demonstrate that the removal rates of CODcr increase with increading PAC,and the produced water can meet the influent water demands of the reverse osmosis.After backwashing,the membrane flux is completel recovered and the membrane is effectively prevented from fouling w...
