电站锅炉省煤器出口水温变化对过热器温度影响的计算方法研究

摘    要:对某台燃煤自然循环锅炉省煤器改造后,出口水温升高而造成的过热器超温等现象进行计算。在严格按照锅炉热力计算标准的同时,将对计算方法进行改造尝试:试图基于蒸发受热面工质侧产汽量与炉膛换热量之间的内在依赖关系,从热量和质量平衡原理出发,计算炉膛的吸热量、炉膛出口排烟温度及过热器吸热量、出口汽温、壁温的变化值。从计算结果分析,省煤器出口水温的升高直接导致炉膛出口烟气温度升高,对对流过热器的温度有显著影响,对其它过热器的影响不大。

Abstract:The overheating problem of super-heaters in a coal-fired boiler after economizer heat transfer surface retrofitting is discussed.This paper complies with the standard of soviet utility boiler thermal calculation,tries to improve the method of the furnace thermal calculation.Based on the link between the evaporation rate of the working substance side and furnace heating transformer,according to the principles of heat and mass balance,the absorption of furnace,the temperature of furnace exit gas and the temperature of the superheater are calculated.From the calculation,we can see that the variation of the temperature of the economizer outlet water results in the variation of the temperature of the furnace exit gas obviously.And it affects the temperature of convection super-heater rather than the temperature of other super-heater.
