总线智能仪表温度控制系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了一种基于现场总线的智能氧化锆氧量分析仪,阐述了整个系统的结构以及温度控制系统的软硬件设计。该系统采用了基于专家智能与PID相结合的专家控制器,利用专家系统知识库输出修正PID参数,以改变PID控制方式。试验表明,总线智能氧化锆氧量分析仪的温度控制系统的精度、可靠性、可维护性和可测试性都得到了提高。

Abstract:A kind of intelligent zirconium oxide oxygen analyzer based on the fieldbus is introduced in this paper.The whole structure of the system and the hardware and the software design of the temperature control system are elabo- rated in detail.PID expert controller based on expert intelligent and PID is adopted in temperature control system. PID parameters are modified with output of knowledge base for expert system to change PID control mode.The re- sult indicates that temperature control system of the fiddbus intelligent zirconium oxide oxygen analyzer has improved the precision,reliability,maintainability and testing ability of the instrumention,which has lots of merits compared with the traditional oxygen analyzer.
