凝汽器真空度低的原因分析及节能改造

摘    要:广州造纸集团1号汽轮机自投产以来,凝汽器真空度经常偏低,严重影响了机组的安全经济运行。分析造成真空度低的主要原因,并提出改造循环冷却水系统、查漏、堵洞、投运胶球清洗装置、降低射水池的水温等节能改造措施。改造后机组的运行结果表明:节能改造措施有效提高了凝汽器的真空度,降低了机组的热耗率,产生了巨大的经济效益。

Abstract:No.1 condenser vacuum has been low since commissioning of projects in Guangzhou-Paper-Group,which seriously affects the safe and economic operation.This paper analyzed the main reasons causing vacuum low briefly,and presented transformation of circulating cooling water systems,leak detection,plug the holes,commissioning rubber ball cleaning devices,reducing the pool-water temperature and other energy-saving reform measures.The Comparison of the result before and after of a typical condenser retrofit showed that the retrofit has effectively enhanced the condenser vacuum,lowered unit heat rate,had a huge economic.Meantime,it has also been of significance to energy-saving type transformation of the domestic unit.
