摘    要:国网能源公司神头第二发电厂捷制500 MW锅炉自投产以来,由于其吹灰系统的非正常工作频繁导致机组限负荷运行、锅炉塌灰灭火、对流过热器和低温再热器超温.为此,该厂对机组吹灰系统进行了数次改造,其吹灰效果不断提高,机组的安全性和经济性得到明显改善.分析了历次改造后吹灰系统的运行状况,并针对现有吹灰系统提出了一系列优化改造建议,还对该厂2号机组为适应经济运行需要安装的锅炉吹灰优化系统进行了介绍.

Abstract:Since the commissioning of Czech-made 500 MW boiler of Shentou No.2 Power Plant affiliated with State Grid Energy Development Company,abnormal running of the soot-blowing system fixed on the boiler frequently led to the unit limiting load function,boiler fire extinguishing due to ash falling,convection superheater and low temperature reheater overheating.Therefore,the soot-blowing system in unit was retrofitted several times.After that,security and economy of units were improved significantly due to a conti...
