摘    要:江苏利港电厂4号机组DCS改造后实现旁路和汽轮机冲转全程自动控制,取得了节能降噪、优化启动方式的预期目的,同时在提高机组自动化控制水平和设备维护水平上有了显著成效;介绍4号机组APS启动过程中,旁路全程控制策略与汽轮机中缸启动过程优化,保证设备安全的前提下获得经济性和规范运行操作,对同类型机组自动启动设计有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值.

Abstract:Jiangsu Ligang Power Plant Unit 4 achieved full bypass and automatic control of turbine turn red after DCS transformed.It made energy-saving noise reduction and achieved the expected purpose of optimizing start-up mode.At the same time,it has been remarkable achievements on improving the level of automation and controlling units and equipment maintenance level.In the article,it focuses on the bypass control strategies for the NO.4 units in the APS starting process and the optimization of In-cylinder starting procedure in turbine,to guarantee the proper economic benefits and standard operation on condition of the safety of the machines.The study,to some extent,has some reference meaning and value for the similar units.
