永磁同步直线电动机位置伺服控制系统设计

摘    要:为使永磁同步直线电动机XY平台具有更精确的跟踪性能,设计了直线电动机位置伺服控制系统.介绍了该系统用模糊神经网络的控制方法来提高系统的动态响应和跟踪精度,并采用动态结构的算法,在学习过程中动态地改变神经网络规则层节点数,不断优化控制性能.实验结果表明,该位置伺服控制系统具有超调量小、定位精度高的优点.
