电线加塑恒张力模糊变结构控制系统设计

摘    要:为保证电线加塑自动化生产过程中电线张力的恒定,设计了恒张力模糊变结构控制系统.该系统含有电流和速度两个内环和一个张力外环,两个内环均采取PI调节器控制;外环张力环采用模糊控制器控制.仿真结果表明,模糊变结构控制比传统PID控制具有更好的性能,该系统对电线加塑恒张力控制具有更小的超调量、更快的响应速度以及较强的鲁棒性.

Abstract:A tension fuzzy variable-structure control system was designed for constant tension of electric cable plastic wrapping automatic production process. This system contained two inner loops for current and velocity and one outer tension loop,the former were both using PI regulators,and the latter was using fuzzy controller. Simulation results indicate that the fuzzy controller has better performance than classical PID controller. The system has smaller overshoot, faster response and stronger robustness for constant tension of electric cable control.
