摘    要:为了提高锥形磁极电磁铁的设计效率,避免在使用有限元等算法时的繁琐建模,以一台吸力不小于50 N的锥形磁极电磁铁为设计实例,简化等效磁路,分析磁路磁阻,推导出磁极锥形角为0时电磁吸力特性和电磁铁主要尺寸之间的解析模型。解析计算结论为优化设计提供了优选方案。利用优选方案对不同锥形磁极角度的吸力进行有限元优化设计,得出了60°锥形磁极下的最优电磁吸力方案,同时验证了锥形磁极角为0时电磁铁解析模型的准确性。优化计算结果和样机试验结果对比证实,该方法和结论是可靠的,对锥形磁极电磁铁的设计和研发是一种简便、实用的方法。

Abstract:In order to improve the design efficiency of tapered pole electromagnet,the complicated modeling of finite element method is avoided.A tapered pole electromagnet with a suction of no less than 50 N was taken as an example to simplify the equivalent magnetic circuit,analyze the magnetic resistance of the magnetic circuit,and deduce the analytical model between the electromagnetic suction characteristics and the main dimensions of the electromagnet under the 0 degree tapered pole.The conclusion of the analysis provided a preferable plan for the optimal design.The optimum scheme was used to optimize the suction of different tapered pole angles by finite element method,and the optimum scheme of electromagnetic suction under 60 degree tapered pole was obtained.At the same time,the accuracy of the analytical model of electromagnet under 0 degree tapered pole was verified.The optimization results were compared with the prototype test results,which proved that the proposed method and conclusion are correct.It's a simple and applicable method for the development and design of tapered pole electromagnet.
