摘    要:采用传统的PID控制方法,无刷直流电机(BLDCM)易受负载扰动、电机参量突变等不确定因素的影响,调速效果较差。研究了一种基于S函数的变论域模糊PID控制方案,应用于BLDCM速度环中,通过Simulink建立BLDCM速度、电流双闭环控制系统。仿真结果表明,变论域模糊PID控制方案在调速方面具有响应速度快、超调小、抗干扰能力强的特点,各项指标优于普通PID控制、模糊PID控制方案。

Abstract:With the traditional PID control method,BLDCM is easy to be affected by the uncertain factors such as the load disturbance and the sudden change of motor parameters,so the speed regulation effect is poor. A variable universe fuzzy PID control scheme based on S-function is proposed,which is applied to the BLDCM speed loop. The BLDCM speed and current double loop control system is established by Simulink. The simulation results show that the variable universe fuzzy PID control scheme has fast response speed,small overshoot and strong anti-interference ability in the aspect of speed regulation,and each index is superior to the ordinary PID control and fuzzy PID control scheme.
