电动伺服系统刚度问题研究

摘    要:根据伺服刚度定义,从控制角度分析了提高伺服系统刚度的方法,在某型电动伺服系统时域响应仿真和频域Bode分析的基础上,提出了采用陷波器串联校正抑制系统谐振,提高系统增益来提高伺服系统刚度的方法,经过仿真分析,陷波器能够有效抑制系统谐振,提高系统增益,从而提高系统刚度。

Abstract:According to the definition of the stiffness of electromechanical actuation system,its improvement method was analyzed based on the control theory.The way to improve the stiffness of electromechanical actuation system by dint of notch filter which restrained the resonance in system and the increasing gain of system was presented through the time domain and the frequency domain simulation and the analysis of one electromechanical actuation system.Simulation results show that the resonance in system is restrained efficiently by the notch filter and the gain of system is increased,and the stiffness of system is improved.
