基于观测器的永磁同步电机死区补偿方法

摘    要:针对永磁同步电机SVPWM控制系统,提出了一种基于模型参考自适应观测器的死区补偿方法。与一般补偿方法相比,该法可以有效地避免相电流过零点的直接检测或间接估计。在分析三相电压源逆变电路死区效应基础上,根据永磁同步电机的矢量控制模型,得出平均死区补偿时间和dq轴补偿电压的关系。将q轴扰动电压作为状态方程中的扰动变量,并设计自适应观测器在线观测,然后推算出死区补偿时间,最终通过坐标变换,在dq轴对逆变器进行死区补偿。该法不需要增加额外的硬件电路和离线的实验测量,仿真结果证明了该方法是简单可行的。

Abstract:For the space vector PWM controlled system of permanent magnet synchronous motor,a dead time compensation strategy based on MRAS observer was presented.Compared with general compensation methods,the proposed method can effectively avoid the direct detection or indirect estimation of current zero crossing.Based on analyzing the dead time effect of the three-phase voltage source inverter circuit,according to the vector-controlled PMSM model,the relationship between dq-axis compensation voltage and a average dead time compensation time was investigated.The q-axis disturbance voltages were considered as disturbance variables in the state equation.Then using a adaptive observer,the average dead-time compensation time was calculated on line.The voltage source inverter in the dq-axis by coordinate transformation was compensated.Without any additional hardware circuit and off-line experimental measurement,MATLAB simulation results prove that the proposed method is simple and feasible.
