大型汽轮机流量特性试验

摘    要:通过汽轮机流量特性试验可以整定其配汽函数,从而提高汽轮机控制精度;而要精确计算主蒸汽流量除考虑调节级压力外,还必须考虑调节级温度。提出了调节阀综合开度的概念,以配汽机构整体为对象设计了汽轮机流量特性试验方法,以一台600MW亚临界机组为例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:Setting steam distribution function of steam turbine by flow characteristic test can improve its control precision.To exactly calculate the main steam flow,not only the first stage temperature but also the first stage pressure should be considered.The concept of comprehensive opening of regulating valve is put forward.Taking the whole steam distribution structure as an object,a flow characteristic test method is designed,of which the effectiveness is proved by a 600 MW sub-critical unit.
