摘    要:对比了国内火电厂目前通行的SIS和MIS配置与国外电厂建设中常见的优化控制平台配置,推荐一种经济实用的以电厂生产过程实时和历史数据库平台为基础,实现安全、经济运行的优化控制手段,以达到节能减排、提高电厂整体效益的目标。

Abstract:By comparing the configurations of domestic SIS/MIS currently applied to thermal power plants and corresponding overseas optimal control systems,an economical and practical control platform based on real time/historical database is proposed,with which safety operation and higher economic efficiency of involved thermal power plants can be obtained,on the premise that relevant energy-saving and emission reduction requirements are satisfied.
