摘    要:对某电厂2台1 000 MW机组的制粉系统从动态分离器转速特性、磨辊加载压力调整试验和磨煤机出粉量特性等方面进行了分析,阐明了影响磨煤机出粉量和单耗的因素,得出了磨煤机的经济运行参数。

Abstract:The pulverizing systems of 2×1 000 MW power units in a power plant have been analyzed from its dynamic separator speed characteristics and the adjustment test of the grinding roll loading pressure to the coal powder output characteristics of the pulverizer.The influenced coal powder output and its unit consumption factors have also been explained in the paper such as the outlet temperature of the pulverizer,ventilation amount and the pressure difference of the grinding bowl etc.so as to obtain the economic running parameters of the pulverizer.
