汽轮机电液调节系统伺服机构故障的分析

摘    要:由电液调节系统伺服阀失效引起的故障严重影响汽轮机组的安全、经济运行。介绍了760系列伺服阀的结构,分析了磷酸酯液压油酸值及颗粒度对伺服阀故障的影响,指出国电长源沙市热电厂6号机组伺服阀故障的原因是冲蚀,提出了防止液压油酸值增大和水解的措施。

Abstract:Troubles caused by servo valve failures of electric-hydraulic control system obviously effect the safety and economical operation of steam turbines.An introduction is being presented to the construction of 760 series servo valves.Meanwhile the influence of acid values and particle sizes of phosphate hydraulic oil on the valve operation is analyzed,pointing out that erosion is the main reason which caused the valve failure of unit No.6 in Guodian Changyuan Shashi Thermal Power Plant.
