摘    要:介绍了印度尼西亚RATU电厂1号机组100%工况全自动模式快速甩负荷(FCB)试验的过程,验证了配置低容量旁路火电机组实现FCB的可行性.通过对试验结果的分析,指出汽轮机转速控制、再热蒸汽冷端压力控制、高压缸排汽温度控制、主汽压力控制、锅炉燃烧控制等是成功实现FCB功能的关键,并对该机组实现FCB存在的问题作了进一步分析.

Abstract:The process of automatic mode 100% fast cut-back (FCB) test on unit 1 of Indonesia RATU Power Plant was introduced, and the feasibility to achieve FCB function for the coal-fired unit with low capacity bypass configuration was studied. By analyzing the test results, it is pointed out that the turbine speed control, CRH pressure control, high exhaust temperature control, main steam pressure control and the boiler combustion control are the key factors influencing the realization of FCB function. Moreover, further analysis was made to problems existing in the unit concerning the FCB function realization.
