摘    要:发光二极管(LED)由于自身的许多优点,如接近单色光、寿命长、使用方便等,目前在社会上用途十分广泛。它既是一种光源,又是一种半导体器件,因此有关它的质量必须从光和电两个方面去进行检测。LED光电参数测试仪(以下简称为仪器)就是主要用来测量LED在可见波段范围的光、电参数的仪器。本文主要就LED光电参数测试仪法向发光强度示值校准方法及不确定度作一探讨。

Abstract:Light-emitting diode(LED) has many advantages such as close to monochromatic light,long life,easy to use and so on.It is used in a wide range.It is a light source and a semiconductor device.So the quality of LED must be test for both of light and electricity.LED optical parameters tester is used to measure both of light and electricity parameters of LED in visible light range.This paper discusses the detection and uncertainty in normal luminous intensity measurement of LED optical parameter tester.
