摘    要:提高凝汽器的真空度,将使汽轮机的出力随之增加。通过对某电厂5号机组及7号机组真空系统的严密性试验,分析汽轮机真空系统节能降耗潜力。从监测凝汽器的端差着手,改善清洗装置的投运方式,使凝汽器的真空度得到了提高,调整及优化真空系统设备的组合运行,可进一步提高机组的运行效率。

Abstract:Vacuum upgrading of the condenser will increase the capacity of the turbine.The tests of vacuum system tightness against power unit 5 & unit 7 in a power plant have been described and energy reduction of the vacuum system of the turbine has been analyzed in this paper.Beginning from monitoring the temperature difference of the condenser,the operation mode of cleaning device has been improved and then the condenser vacuum has been upgraded so as further to increase the running efficiency of the power unit.
