摘    要:分析了钢球磨煤机入口负压调整风用量过大,造成磨煤机入口温度偏低,致使磨煤机入口挂煤和积煤。文中提出将一部分负压调整风引至磨煤机入口的下降干燥管的出口处,就可以达到提高磨煤机入口温度的目的,基本解决了磨煤机入口积煤的问题。

Abstract:Excessive negative pressure adjusting wind at the inlet of the ball pulverizer has been analysed,which has caused lower temperature at the inlet of the pulvceizer so as to result in accumulating coal at the iulet.It is suggested that part of adjusted wind should be led to the outlet of down drying pipe near the inlet of pulverizer so as to raise the temperature at the inlet,by which the problem of accumulating coal at the inlet would be solved.
