摘    要:在循环流化床实验台上,利用一种含硫1.85%的烟煤和石灰石,研究了钙硫比和床温对脱硫效率的影响,对飞灰的比电阻进行测量.给出了实验条件下钙硫比、床温和脱硫效率的关联式;提出循环流化床锅炉所使用的静电除尘器的特殊要求.

Abstract:The investigation of sulfur capture in a bench scale CFB with a kind of 1 .85 percent sulfur content bituminous coal and a kind of limestone is introduced in this paper. The effect of Cats ratio and the bed temperature on sulfur capture are investigated, and the specific resistance is also measured. The correlation between sulfur capture and the rate of calcium to sulfur and the bed temperature for experiential conditions is presented. The electrostatic precipitator for CFB is specially required from the experimental results.
