基于现场总线的电厂综合自动控制系统

摘    要:讨论了以 FCS 为基础的火电厂综合自动化网络结构,并对各个部分的功能和作用进行了阐述和说明。根据火电厂自动控制的功能分为数据采集系统和自动控制系统,后者按信号又分为模拟量控制(连续量控制)和逻辑量控制两部分,分析了采用现场总线技术实现上述功能及其技术优势,并指出 FCS 在火电厂的应用方案,可以吸取 DCS 的优点,结合 FCS 本身的技术特点,实现整个电厂过程控制集中和分散的高度统一。最后认为 FCS 将是火电厂自动控制发展的必然趋势。

Abstract:The comprehensive automation network architecture based on the fieldbus technology in thermal power plant is discussed, and the functions and the roles of each part are elaborated. According to the function of automation control in thermal power plant, it is divided into DAS and automation control system, and the later is divided into analogue control and logic control based on signal. The application of fieldbus technology in thermal power plant not only can completely realize those functions, but also has its own technological advantages, and the excellence and mature control thought of DCS and the advanced technological of FCS should be combined to realize the unification of concentration and decentralization in the automation control in thermal power plant. At last that FCS will become the necessary tendency of control technology development in thermal power plant is believed.
