摘    要:汽包锅炉停炉后冷却时间很长并且冷却过程易产生较大的热应力和机械应力,这严重影响了锅炉的安全性和机组的经济性.而锅炉快速冷却监控系统可以有效解决上述问题.华能汕头电厂亚临界300 MW机组安装了锅炉快冷监控系统后,使锅炉冷却时间由以前的8h下降至5h左右.实践证明,该系统可以有效缩短冷却时间,提高锅炉的安全性和机组的经济...

Abstract:The cooling time of drum boiler is very long and it easily produced large thermal stress and mechanical stress in the cooling process after shutting down the boiler,which seriously affected the safety of the boiler and the economy of the unit.But the fast-cooling monitoring system of the boiler can effectively resolve the problem.The cooling time decreased from the previous 8 hours to about 5 hours after the 300MW sub-critical unit in Huaneng Shantou power plant installed the fast-cooling monitoring system.It proved that the system can shorten the cooling time,increase the security of the boiler and the economy of the unit.
