| 摘 要： | 在汽轮机性能考核试验中进行高中压缸轴封漏汽流量测试能够减小热耗测试不确定度.分析各种试验规程的要求并结合现场经验,主张在汽轮机性能考核试验中进行高中压缸轴封漏汽流量测试.介绍了高中压缸中间轴封漏汽的热力过程、测试方法、计算步骤及其在性能考核试验中的应用.

| Abstract: | Measuring and calculating the labyrinth leakage between the HP and IP turbines for HP&IP combined turbine in reheat cycle can reduce the heat rate uncertainty of the performance test.By analyzing adopted performance test codes and practice experiences,advise this measuring method be applied to all performance tests.The thermodynamics,measuring method and calculating procedure are presented.An application for performance test is introduced. |
