| 摘 要： | 杭州市电力局2004年开始应用DF8600系统进行电力企业信息集成管理,取得了较好的效果,但仍存在一些问题,为此开发了新一代基于CIM/CIS的DF8600E工作平台,着重对其基本工作原理、技术特点和关键应用技术改进作了较详细探讨,改进后的系统平台实际应用中鲁棒和灵活性良好。
