摘    要:针对泵房恒压供水的复杂大滞后系统,传统PID控制难以保证任何工况下始终具有较好的控制性能和快速响应。提出泵机组恒压调速控制系统采用模糊自整定PID控制策略,从而实现PID参数实时整定,并设计出一种模糊自整定PID控制器。根据一个实际泵房恒压参数模型在Matlab/Simulink中搭建仿真模型,仿真结果表明模糊自整定PID的控制器比传统PID具有输出响应快、调节时间短、无超调、稳态精度高、对参数具有较强的鲁棒性等优点,能够很好地解决泵房复杂大滞后系统问题。

Abstract:Constant pressure water supply for the pumping station complex large time delay system, traditional PID control is difficult to ensure that any working condition always have a good control performance and fast response. The speed control system of constant pressure pump unit using fuzzy self-tuning PID control strategy is presented, in order to achieve real-time tuning of PID parameters, and a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is designed. The simulation model of constant parameters of the actual pumping station is built in Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller has the characteristics,such as fast output response, no overshoot, high steady-state precision, and strong robustness. It can be a good solution to solve a complex pump time delay system problems.
