| 摘 要： | 从信息技术集成架构库(ITIL)理论出发,分析了当前信息化运维所面临的机遇和挑战,在汲取国家电网公司信息技术服务管理(ITSM)有关成果的基础上,采用引用与借鉴、挖掘与定制、创新与开发等多种手段,结合甘肃省电力公司信息化运维的实际情况,提出了进一步完善 ITIL,建设具有甘肃电力特色信息运维的新观点、新思路,使 ITIL 真正为甘肃省电力公司的信息运维工作发挥最大作用。
