项目群管理在“三集五大”适应性调整中的应用

项目群管理是近年来研究的热点。文章主要对国家电网公司"三集五大"适应性调整中的项目群管理进行了介绍,针对数据共享与业务融合、集成度高、涉及部门多、风险控制难度大等特点,结合实际提出了敏捷化的项目群管控方法。该方法便于有效管理组合在一起的项目,能够在短时间内快速实现战略业务目标,对其他行业的大型项目建设也有一定的借鉴意义。

Application of Programme Management to the Adaptability Construction of "Three Intensive Management and Five Large-Scale Movements"

In recent years, programme management has been a hot research topic for scholars at home and abroad. This paper mainly describes the programme management applied to the adaptability construction of ＂Three Intensive Management and Five Large-scale Movements＂ of State Grid Corporation of China. According to the characteristics of data sharing, high integrated and trans-departmental businesses, and high difficulty of risk control, this paper puts forward a practical and agile programme management method. The method can not only be convenient for effectively managing combined projects so as to rapidly achieve their strategy business goals at short notice, but also provide some reference for large-scale project constructions of other industries.
