摘    要:随着现代电网技术的高速发展、网络结构的不断完善,有必要面向新型智能电网讨论建立全新的故障告警管理模式,其主要作用是对支持自动化机房的动力环境、设备状态、系统状态进行在线监控。当设备发生异常现象时及时自动产生告警,通过不同的告警方式通知相应的值班人员,使值班人员可以及时处理系统的异常因素和故障。在自动化机房安装相应智能采集设备,通过现有电力系统内部专用网络通道以及专门针对智能管理系统所开发的应用软件系统等,实现远程集中监控现场温湿度、设备运行情况、电网运行情况等关键数据,同时采取智能辅助手段,对监控数据超出设定值范围的异常值,实现自动告警、自动分析、智能判断故障原因等,辅助运行值班人员及时发现故障或异常现象。通过以上技术的应用,可以实现减轻值班人员的工作量,及时发现设备异常现象,在第一时间发现问题并及时解决问题,排除故障隐患,保证设备安全运行。

Abstract:With the rapid development of modem grid technologies and continuous improvement of the network structure, it is necessary to discuss the establishment of a new fault alarm management mode of new smart grid for supporting the online monitoring of automated machine room power environments, device conditions, and system states. When the device faults appear, alarms are automatically generated and operators are informed through several alarming methods to deal with system faults in time. The intelligent collection devices installed at automated machine rooms can collect critical data including temperature, humidity, devices operation conditions and grid operation conditions, and transfer collected data through power system private network and application software system developed for the intelligent management system. When the collected data overpass the predefined threshold, the intelligent aided analysis methods are used to automatically alarm and analyze fault causes in order to help operators detect faults or anomalies. The application of the mode will be helpful to reduce the workload of operators and ensure equipments safe operation by timely detecting equipment anomalies and removing fault risks.
