广州电网负荷特性分析

摘    要:"十五"期间广州地区电网最大负荷持续快速增长,峰谷差逐年增大,高峰时段和电力设备检修季节电力供应紧张,给电网安全运行带来很大威胁,也给电力负荷分析预测、电网规划计划工作带来许多困难.本文在积累和分析大量负荷特性数据的基础上,第一次较伞面、完整地摸清了广州电网负荷的变化规律及发展趋势.深入分析了气温对负荷的影响,提出温度敏感点的概念,计算出广州降温负荷的比重,对电力最高负荷的短期预测有较强的指导作用.文中给出的广州电网负荷特性值有较高的可信度,将为电网规划及调度计算电网年最大负荷提供有力的依据.
