基于气隙转矩的笼型异步电动机转子断条监测

摘    要:提出了基于气隙转矩的鼠笼异步电动机转子断条故障在线监测方法.根据旋转磁场理论研究了气隙转矩在电机正常及转子断条运行状态下包含的谐波频率成分.当电机转子出现断条故障时,气隙转矩将会含有2sfs谐波频率分量.通过对气隙转矩的计算处理,利用小波脊线提取气隙转矩中转子断条故障特征频率分量,克服了分析定子电流信号时的不足,实现了电机转子断条故障的在线监测.实验结果证明了该方法的有效性.

Abstract:The method of rotor broken bars on-line monitoring in induction motor based on the air-gap torque is proposed.Harmonics of air-gap torque is investigated based on rotate magnetic field theory.When rotor broken bars appear air-gap torque will contain component of 2sf s.The broken bars faulty can be on-line monitored by extracting feature component based on wavelet ridge.Calculation of air-gap torque overcomes the disadvantages which based on current signal.Satisfied results are given through authentic experiments.
