| 摘 要： | 分析综合性大楼原供电模式存在的产权不清、拖欠电费、安全隐患等弊端，探讨并提出了新的供电方式的要求及模式的确定，在大楼内实行供电到户；归纳总结了新的供电方式对供电企业的电费回收及规范化、精细化管理所带来的益处。

| Abstract: | This article has analyzed the existing defects of unclear property rights,tariff arrears and potential safety hazard of original power supply pattern in the comprehensive buildings, discussed and submitted requirements and model determination of a new electric power supply way, implemented household power supply in the building, induced and summarized the profit that the new supply way may bring to the tariff charge, standardization and refinement management in electric power supply enterprises. |
