面向电力营商环境水平提升的用电报装服务优化探索

电力营商环境水平作为电力供给侧的重要指标,已经成为电网公司创新服务方式、变革服务模式、提高企业综合竞争力的方向和指引。研究了我国优化电力营商环境面临的困难,回顾和总结了电网公司针对中小客户的提升用电报装服务质量的举措,参考先进地区大客户用电报装方面的实践经验,从服务体系、政策支持、电网建设、投资模式、供电可靠性方面提出了进一步优化电力营商环境的工作建议。

Exploration on power installation service optimization for level-oriented electricity business environment

As an important indicator of the power supply side,the level of electricity business environment has become the direction and guidance for the company to innovate the service mode and enhance comprehensive competitiveness. The difficulties faced by optimizing the electricity business environment in China is studied,and service quality of power installation for small and medium the measures taken by electric power companies to improve the-sized customers are reviewed and summarized. Referring to the practical experience of power installation for large customers in advanced regions, some suggestions on further optimizing the electricity business environment are put forward from the aspects of service system,policy support, power grid construction, investment mode and power supply reliability.
