企业节能效果的综合评价方法与指标体系

如何全面、客观评价企业的节能效果,目前尚未形成科学、统一的评价方法体系。提出了一套适用于企业节能效果评估的指标体系,不仅可用于政府对企业节能量完成情况进行评价和考核,而且可对企业的节能实践以及综合效果进行全方位、多层次的评估。通过这种综合评价,政府可以了解企业开展节能活动的客观的情况,并引导、督促企业加强指标体系中所涉及的各项节能实践。

At present there are not scientific and coincident methods and system to evaluate energy conservation performance perfectly, synthetically and impersonally. The paper gives a scientific and reasonable indicator system for energy conservation performance evaluation in enterprises. This system can evaluate enterprises＇ efforts and performance on energy conservation all-roundly, and the evaluation will not be only for the purpose of governments＇ examinations on achieved amounts of energy conservation in enterprises. According to the evaluation, governments can master all-round things and efforts on energy conservation in enterprises, and also pilot and promote practices of energy conservation for enterprises.
