| Abstract: | For improving the accuracy of digital measurements of impulse voltages, three kinds of digital signal processing methods i.e. Polynome fitting method, spline polishing method and exponential function fitting method are discussed. Their effects on the accuracy are compared. Exponential function fitting method is better among them. |
